At Real Motivation, we tailor each and every coaching package to suit you, the client. We always work 1-2-1 either in a personal, private meeting, or by telephone where you are in a quiet and confidential space of your choice.
When, and how often depends exactly on what you are facing in your life, and your own personal process. Options include:
- Weekly - usually one hour per week
- Crisis - in addition to the hour, daily ten minute 'check-in'
- Support - on-going suppport available between weekly sessions
- Emergency - emergency contact when necessary (and one-off sessions in specific circumstances)
- eMail - email support at all times
And for a limited time, when you book 8 sessions, you will get 1 bonus session at no extra cost. We also offer a fr'ee introductory session so we can find out if we are right for eachother.
