COMING SOON - MANAGEMENT BEHAVING BADLY

Just keep an eye out for this article in the next few weeks.  I've been doing a fair bit of research, and to say I'm SHOCKED is an understatment.

I was shocked a few years back when working with small businesses, and couldn't figure out how most of them managed to keep going.

Now I'm SHOCKED at the things that are going on in big businesses,some goverment agencies, and other official organisations.

This thing about bullying - I thought there was all kinds of legislation and honourable codes in operation now. So how come it still exists - everybody has a story, at least one story - and how come people are putting up with it.

More to the point, why are organisations turning a blind eye, why are they not putting their procedures into operation?
