Well, I've been around a long time, as many of you already know. I first trained way back in the 70's when therapy was still a big con and you had to be very weird to be involved. All run by quacks!

Well! I have to tell you this session was quite amazing and I was totally unprepared for the powerful process that evolved. And I still don't know how it works. But, the basis is that we all have some blocks somewhere in our life that are arresting our development. True. Very true.
Anne gently tuned into me, getting me to relax, and think about my breathing etc. And something amazing began to happen.
